Posted 30 November 2020 by Keith Osborne

A new selection of three- and four-bedroom homes is now for sale from David Wilson Homes at Marham Park...

David Wilson Homes has made more three- and four-bedroom homes available at Marham Park, its development to the north-east of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.

With six homes sold in the last four weeks, this is a popular development. With 35 acres of Country Park connected by a network of footpaths and cycle paths, you can enjoy the convenience of modern living in a village setting. Close by are a great range of amenities, including shops, schools, universities and sports facilities nearby, including a local golf club, just half-a-mile from the local golf club.

One of the new releases is the semi-detached, three-bedroom ‘Archford’ on Plot 102. For £282,995, the buyer has a lounge at the front of the house, and at the rear, a kitchen/dining room with French doors to the garden. There’s also a downstairs WC. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms – one with an en suite shower room – a single bedroom and a family bathroom.

Another is the four-bedroom ‘Hertford’ on Plot 104. This is a double-fronted detached house set over three storeys. It features an open-plan kitchen with dining area, utility and French doors leading out to the garden, creating an extended living space in good weather, perfect for entertaining. This home also benefits from bay windows in the dining area and the living room that bring plenty of light to both spaces. On the first floor, you will find the spacious master bedroom with an en suite and dressing area, a further double bedroom with a family bathroom. On the top floor are two bedrooms together with a shower room. This home also comes with a single detached garage and two parking spaces, and can be yours from £449,995.

For all residents, Marham Park benefits from two bus services providing easy access between Bury St Edmunds, Mildenhall and Newmarket. The town’s railway station is two-and-a-half miles away. Closely connected to the A14, Marham Park is centrally located between Cambridge and Ipswich, ideal for commuters.

The company recently extended its NHS 5% Deposit Scheme to the middle of next year, so if you are a blue light card holder you could receive up to £15,000 towards your deposit on your new home.

The three- and four-bedroom homes currently for sale at Marham Park range from £282,995 to £449,995. Site visits can be booked by appointment only, seven days a week.
