New Releases At Successful Norwich Site

Barratt Homes has just unveiled a new range of homes at its fast-selling Woodland Heath development a few miles north-east of Norwich.

Woodland Heath is a collection of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes located in Sprowston, a on the outskirts of Norwich, offering an opportunity to live away from the bustle of a city lifestyle but still benefiting from local conveniences close by including shops, restaurants, healthcare facilities and a number of 'Good' and 'Outstanding' rated schools. Among the house types just released here is the ‘Moresby’ on Plot 306, which is priced at £317,995 and available through Help to Buy, which would require a deposit of just 5%. ‘Chester’ house type

Plot 307 is another of the latest collection of homes. It is the ‘Chester’ house type and priced at £343,995, also qualifying for Help to Buy.
