Western Circus

Centred around landscaped gardens, and located just five minutes walk from East Acton underground station, Western Circus from Barratt London will consist of 364 one- and two-bedroom apartments, available to move into this summer. All the homes offer flowing open-plan layouts and each property comes with outdoor space, as well as residents being able to enjoy 4,000 sq.ft of private landscaped gardens. There will be a Lidl supermarket and a cafe on-site, and Acton itself offers an impressive mix of independent cafes, restaurants and pubs. 

Western Circus (Barratt London)

The development is now over 90% sold, but there are properties remaining which are available to purchase using Help to Buy London. One home remaining is Plot 305, the featured home at the development this month. A one-bedroom apartment on the fifth floor of Medrano Apartments, this home is priced at £466,000 and if reserved this month, Barratt London will contribute £10,000 towards the deposit. Hayes Village

Situated on the site of the former Nestle Factory, Hayes Village from Barratt London is west London’s newest village. Homes at Hayes Village will be ready to move into this year, and with Crossrail due to serve Hayes & Harlington Station, residents will benefit from fast connections into London. 

Hayes Village (Barratt London)

Plot 204 is a two-bedroom apartment located on the first floor of Dufour Apartments at Hayes Village. Priced at £456,000, and available to purchase using Help to Buy London, Barratt London will contribute £6,000 towards the apartments service charge if reserved this month. The apartment features an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area, which opens out onto a private west-facing balcony offering views over Canal Street. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite. 

 

Eastman Village

Designed by award-winning architect Pollard Thomas Edwards, Eastman Village is a new community in the heart of Harrow. On the site of the former Kodak Factory, this regeneration development will provide over 2,000 homes, and there are restaurants, cafes, shops and offices planned, set around a landscaped park. There will also be two new schools and fast transport links to central London. There are currently one- and two-bedroom homes available at the development, with prices starting from £290,000 and Help to Buy London is available. 

Eastman Village (Barratt London)

Plot 530, located on the top of Emerson Apartments, is a one-bedroom apartment available to move into later this year. Priced at £330,000, Help to Buy London is available, and if reserved this month, Barratt London will contribute £6,000 towards mortgage costs over the first year. The home benefits from clever storage systems built in throughout the home. There is an open-plan living/dining area that opens out onto a balcony offering parkland views. There is a fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, a sizeable bedroom and bathroom. 

 

High Street Quarter

High Street Quarter from Barratt London is a brand new development located in the heart of Hounslow. Comprising a collection of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, High Street Quarter is built around a new public square, so residents will be able to enjoy plenty of shops, restaurants and leisure facilities on the doorstep. Each home comes with a balcony or terrace, and the development is just five minutes walk from Hounslow Central tube station, or ten minutes walk from Hounslow station. Prices at the development range from £349,000 to £650,000 and Help to Buy London is available.

High Street Quarter (Barratt London)

For those looking forward to decorating their new home, Plot 233 is the featured home at the development, and if reserved this month, Barratt London will contribute over £6,000 towards home furnishings. Priced at £349,000, Plot 233 is a one-bedroom apartment on the ninth floor of Kempton Apartments. Available to move into this summer, the home features an open-plan kitchen/living area which leads out onto a private balcony area, so the home enjoys plenty of natural light. The bedroom and bathroom are both good sizes and there is plenty of space for a home office.
