Launch Of New Apartments In Mill Hill

On Saturday 30 October, Barratt London launches the latest phase of its Millbrook Park development in north London.

Meadow Apartments offers a range one- and two-bedroom properties starting from £429,000, with London Help to Buy available. All homes feature outdoor space and look onto landscaped gardens.

Right now, the last remaining units at the Kingcup Apartments phase are available and ready to move into for Christmas. One example is Plot 168, which is a one-bedroom home on the upper ground floor of this block. Features include underfloor heating, a dual-aspect, open-plan living/dining area with an upgraded, fully fitted kitchen and integrated appliances, as well as a private balcony with views over quiet Harewood Avenue. Priced at £445,000, this home is available with London Help to Buy, which would require a 5% deposit of £22,950.

There are also some properties left at Ivy Apartments, located at the highest point of Millbrook Park, which will be ready to move into next spring move in Spring 2022. Here, Plot 101 is on the second floor and offers 809 sq ft of living space. This is set our over an open-plan living/dining area opening onto a private balcony, two spacious double bedrooms (one with en suite) and a family bathroom, and it also comes with very useful utility and storage cupboards off the hallway. This home is priced at £585,000 and can also be purchased using London Help to Buy, which would require a deposit of £29,250.

Across Millbrook Park, parking included with most homes, with access to electric charging points on selected spaces. Residents will also be able to enjoy a range of amenities such as a Co-op, Waitrose and Virgin Active, all just a few minutes’ walk away. Mill Hill East Underground station is just a two-minute walk away from these homes.
