Help To Buy Event With Leading London Housebuilder
This weekend, Saturday 5 March and Sunday 6 March, Barratt London is hosting an appointment-only Help to Buy event at New Mill Quarter in Wallington.
For anyone who reserves a home over the weekend, Barratt London will also contribute £500 per month towards mortgage costs for a year.
When complete, New Mill Quarter will offer 440 new homes, including one- and two-bedroom apartments, and three-bedroom houses. Each property has its own outdoor space, whether balcony, terrace or garden. The development is located in south west London, opposite Hackbridge Station which offers residents direct links to London Victoria. Residents will also benefit from three Zipcar Club parking spaces, and free car club membership for two years.
New Mill Quarter is over 75% sold, and homes will be ready to move into from summer. Prices at the development start from £309,995, and the Help to Buy scheme is available. There is also a Key Worker Deposit Contribution scheme which is available on selected homes at the development.
Residents at New Mill Quarter will enjoy running routes, cycle trails and walks through nearby 143-acre Beddington Park. On-site, Hackbridge Gardens is the perfect spot for relaxing, and there is also an on-site Lidl supermarket. There are plans for a cafe and further shops, so everything will be close at hand. For those with children, there are Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ schools nearby, and there is ultrafast broadband available.
