Two Brand New Show Homes Open In Bridlington

The new show houses are now available to view at Barratt Homes’ coastal development, The Sands, which comprises a selection of two-, three- and four-bedroom energy-efficient homes.
The three-bedroom detached ‘Denby’ could be ideal for a variety of buyers. The ground floor features a flexible open-plan living space, cloakroom, utility area and an integral garage and its first floor boasts three spacious double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The four-bedroom detached ‘Kingsley’ features plenty of space for the whole family, with the spacious kitchen and dining space being the hub of the home, with a separate lounge area. Interested buyers can now visit the sales office and show homes at the development where prices range from £152,000 for a two-bedroom semi-detached home and a four-bedroom detached home starting from £260,000.
