Barratt Homes is helping to meet demand from buyers in Dover by unveiling two three-bedroom show homes and a dedicated sales suite at its popular Richmond Park development in Whitfield on Saturday 26 June.

Richmond Park was launched off-plan in January this year, offering an initial selection of three-bedroom homes. Visitors to the development will now be able to view first-hand the ‘Maidstone’ and ‘Moresby’ show homes, both of which are available to buy at Richmond Park.

The ‘Maidstone’ presents a modern open plan layout, with the lounge leading into a spacious kitchen diner to the rear, where French doors open into the garden. The ‘Moresby’ offers buyers an alternative layout, with a spacious dual-aspect lounge and a separate hallway leading to the kitchen, with three bedrooms upstairs.

Natalie Perry, sales and marketing director at Barratt Kent, commented: “What many people don’t realise is how versatile a three-bedroom home actually is. Much like how no two buyers are the same, the ‘Maidstone’ and ‘Moresby’ both demonstrate how the classic three-bedroom home can reflect the lifestyle of its owners, whether they want to make the most of large open plan family spaces, or needing a quiet retreat to work from home.

“What’s more, all three-bedroom homes at Richmond Park are available with Help to Buy, meaning that homeownership is more affordable than ever before. First-time buyers have the opportunity to purchase a larger first home with lower upfront costs, as just a 5% deposit is required.”

Richmond Park is located in the historic town of Whitfield, on the outskirts of Dover. Once complete, the development will be home to a flourishing community, with a new primary school and convenience store onsite. Local amenities include a village hall, local pubs and cafés, and a post office, and further afield is the Honeywood Retail park. Just a short drive away is Dover, where residents can enjoy coastal walks along the famous white cliffs, and reach the continent in ease from the ferry port.

Currently available at Richmond Park is a collection of three-bedroom homes with prices starting from £309,995. Local buyers will be invited to make an appointment with a member of the sales team or to view either of the two show homes from Saturday 26 June.
