Two Show Homes Open At Swaffham Site

The Norwich Road development will provide a collection of three- and four-bedroom homes that will meet the needs of a range of homebuyers from first-time buyers to growing families.
The two new show homes include a three-bedroom ‘Matlock’ and a four-bedroom ‘Alnmouth’ style home, which are now providing keen house-hunters a feel of what living at the development will be like. Visitors of the show homes can also gain some interior design inspiration from the properties that they can implement into their own homes.

As part of the S106 agreements for the development, more than £600,000 will be invested in the market town of Swaffham, contributing towards key infrastructure in the local community such as schooling, transport and sporting facilities.
