BLOCC Interiors’ creative sales director Suzanne Thomas and her team were tasked with creating a modern and welcoming design, using a colour palette that focuses on neutral tones and enhances the natural light entering through the large windows. Thomas commented: “Our aim was to create a space that inspires potential buyers so they can produce a similar look by purchasing items themselves. We utilised multiple feature walls, as they are an affordable and effective way for anyone to add instant impact into a space, focusing on orange in the show home because of its brightening characteristics, making the space feel warm, open and welcoming.
“To accompany the bright highlights, we chose to use a complementary palette of whites, greys, warm beiges and taupes to achieve a soft and warm minimalistic style. Across the bedrooms and socialising spaces, these colours induce a sense of calm and cohesion across the home.”
