Posted 20 September 2021 by Keith Osborne

The first homes are about to be made available to purchase at Barratt Homes' Ceres Rise in the Norfolk market town...

Barratt Homes has announced that the first properties at a new Swaffham development, Ceres Rise, will be ready to reserve from Saturday 25 September.

The development will bring a variety of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes which are ideal for first-time buyers, young professionals, growing families and downsizers alike.

Sally Green, new homes manager at William H Brown, said: “We are thrilled to have been appointed as selling agents for Ceres Rise and look forward to working closely with the team at Barratt Homes to bring to market this new and exciting range of homes. Swaffham is a hugely popular market town, and with a great range of homes to be built, we expect to see a lot of interest from buyers from the local area and further afield.”

Will Phair, sales director at Barratt Homes Cambridgeshire, said: “We’re very excited to launch our new development, Ceres Rise, which will bring a whole new vibrant community to Swaffham. We’ve already seen a lot of interest in the development, and we expect appointments with our sales advisers will be booked up quickly and so recommend eager homebuyers to act soon to avoid disappointment.”

Ceres Rise, named after the Roman Goddess of the Harvest will offer buyers the best of both worlds, with great commuter links and a bustling market town nearby. Located on Norwich Road, the new community has easy access to the A47, making travel to Kings Lynn and Norwich a breeze.

As part of the S106 agreements for the development, more than £600,000 will be invested in the market town of Swaffham, contributing towards key infrastructure in the local community such as schooling, transport and sporting facilities.
