Part Buy-Part Rent Opportunities At Morley Site

House-hunters in West Yorkshire are being offered an innovative way to move into a new home following the introduction of a part buy-part rent scheme at Barratt Homes’ St Andrew’s Place development in Morley.

Home Reach is a scheme where the housebuilder teams up with housing provider heylo to allow eligible buyers to purchase a 50-75% share of a new home on the popular development, and pay an affordable monthly rent to landlord heylo on the remaining share. Buyers then have the opportunity to increase their share in their home up to 100% over time.

Under Home Reach, Barratt Developments Yorkshire West is giving prospective buyers the chance to purchase its ‘Maidstone’ house type at St Andrew’s Place. The ‘Maidstone’ is a three-bedroom semi-detached family home, designed with plenty of space for modern living, with prices starting from just £134,995 for a 50% share, based on a full market value of £269,995.

Upstairs boasts two double bedrooms, the main one with its own en suite shower room, plus a single bedroom that could make an ideal home office, and a family bathroom.
