Berry Acres

Berry Acres is a development of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, located on the edge of Paignton near Yalberton. Built with the environment in mind, there are plenty of habitats for local wildlife, including an Owl Barn. There is a play area and plenty of open space for residents to enjoy. Paignton is just a few miles away, offering beaches, cafes, pubs and restaurants, and there is a supermarket within walking distance. The first floor has two double bedrooms, a single room and a family bathroom. On the top floor is the main bedroom with an en-suite and dressing area. The house also benefits from a garage and parking. The home is priced at £349,995 and if reserved by 18 September, Barratt Homes is offering a £10,000 mortgage contribution. Help to Buy is also available.
