Housebuilder’s First And Last Chances In Northamptonshire

Posted 10 December 2021 by Keith Osborne

Barratt Homes has made announcements about two of its current Northamptonshire developments...

Multi-WhatHouse? Award-winner Barratt Homes is offering house-hunters in Northamptonshire a brand new opportunity – but also announcing a near sell-out at another of its sites in the county.

The housebuilder has launched a new show home at its Wellingborough development, Glenvale Park, providing a first opportunity to see first-hand a three-bedroom ‘Oakley’ style home, professionally decorated and fitted by expert interior designer Artspace, to get a feel for what living at there will be like.

The ‘Oakley’ is a bright and flexible three-storey home. Downstairs is a kitchen with family and dining areas, and a study. The first floor includes a lounge and the spacious main bedroom with an en suite. On the second floor is another double bedroom, a single bedroom and family bathroom.

Glenvale Park has a selection of three- and four-bedroom homes and has a variety of homes capable of suiting anyone from first-time buyers to growing families.

Alison Raine, sales director at Barratt Homes Northampton, said: “We’re very excited to showcase our new show home at Glenvale Park and give keen house hunters a first look at the property. As the demand for flexible and versatile living spaces has risen since the Covid-19 pandemic, owning a three-storey property which allows you to change the style to suit your needs has never been more important.”

Glenvale Park offers easy access to the A509, A45 and M1 with a direct train London St Pancras in under an hour making the properties desirable for commuters who wish to move to the rural areas outside of the city. The brand new development is also close to a number of Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ primary and secondary schools, ideal for new families wanting to move into the development. The rural areas offer the perfect location to explore many local country parks and the beautiful nature.

Prices here start at £276,995. Find out more about Glenvale Park.
