Discounted Homes For First-Time Buyers Launched In Waverley

Barratt Homes Yorkshire West is encouraging first-time buyers to take advantage of its Discounted Market Value scheme for homes available at its Momentum development in Waverley, Rotherham.

The housebuilder has released six ‘Maidstone’ homes at Momentum through Discounted Market Value, an initiative which is available exclusively for those who are keen to take their first steps onto the property ladder. Eligibility criteria apply.

This scheme allows buyers to purchase a home at Momentum with a 20% discount, which means first-time buyers are able to purchase a home at prices starting from £179,995 with a maximum saving up to £46,599. There are currently six homes available at the development to reserve under the scheme.

The ‘Maidstone’ is a three-bedroom house type that benefits from a spacious lounge, downstairs cloakroom and an open-plan kitchen with French doors that open onto a fully turfed garden.
