Launch Of New East London Waterfront Apartments

On Saturday 24 September, Ballymore and Oxley are set to launch a collection of 42 new waterfront apartments at Riverscape, following the successful launch of the new development on the edge of the River Thames last year.

The brand new building, named The Leslie, comprises 42 contemporary new apartments spread over 10 floors. There are 21 one-bedroom units, 14 two-bedroom units and seven three-bedroom homes.

Once the world’s largest enclosed docklands, Royal Docks has established itself as London’s “most ambitious regeneration area” and its only Enterprise Zone.

The neighbourhood of Royal Wharf, with its 10,000 residents and established community spirit, lies next to Riverscape, enabling residents of these new apartments to benefit from established facilities and amenities on their doorstep.
