Show Home Opens In Moreton-in-Marsh

Developer Backhouse has opened the doors to prospective buyers at its latest show home, located off Evenlode Road in Moreton-in-Marsh.

Four homes at this development were reserved on the opening weekend. When completed, there will be 67 three-, four- and five-bedroom contemporary homes designed by local architects, Clifton Emery Design.

‘The Hampton’ is the impressive 2,118-sq-ft, five-bedroom show house. It boasts a large open-plan kitchen/dining area with bifold doors to the enclosed landscaped garden. There is also a separate living room, boot room, utility room, cloakroom and office for flexible working. Upstairs, there is a bathroom, and five bedrooms of which two benefit from an en suite. High ceilings, wide corridors and large windows demonstrate the styling of the homes for sale here, and each home has open and spacious living areas together with a high specification of fixtures and fittings.
