New Releases At Huddersfield Development

Yorkshire housebuilder Avant Homes has announced the release of a collection of brand new homes at its Fitzwilliam Grange development in Huddersfield.

With 30% of properties at the development already sold, the housebuilder has released a new selection of three- and four-bedroom homes. The popular ‘Holbury’, ‘Kintbury’ and ‘Lorton’ are among the new house designs available to potential buyers, with prices ranging from £187,995 for a two-bedroom semi-detached home to £364,995 for a four-bedroom detached family property.

Located just under three miles from central Huddersfield on Blackmoorfoot Road, the development is situated on the former St Luke’s Hospital site. Once complete it will feature a collection of 226 new build homes across 16 different house types.

One of the Fitzwilliam Grange most in-demand homes is the ‘Kintbury’, and an example can be found on Plot 45. Located in the heart of the development with a garage, the ground floor of comprises an open-plan living space featuring bi-fold doors and a place to live, eat and relax, alongside a second living space, downstairs cloakroom, utility room and an open hallway suitable to use as a study or playroom. Upstairs includes four spacious bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom comes complete with an en suite bathroom.
