Show Home Now Open In Chester-Le-Street

Avant Homes has opened a design-led show home at its new £20.8million Vanbrugh Gate development in Chester-le-Street.

The three-bedroom ‘Greybridge’ show house is located just off Vigo Lane and is now open for to buyers to view by appointment. It has a double-fronted entrance and a separate garage. On the ground floor is an open-plan kitchen and living space complete with bi-fold doors to the garden. Upstairs, this home has three spacious bedrooms with the master bedroom having an en suite bathroom.

The 83-home development features a mixture of two-, three- and four-bedrooms homes and prices currently range from £135,996 for a two-bedroom mid-terrace property to £359,995 for a four-bedroom detached house with a garage.

Vanbrugh Gate is the second Avant Homes development to be built in the Chester-le-Street area. The housebuilder previously delivered the 230-home Barley Gate development near Birtley, which only has a one home remaining.

Each property at Vanbrugh Gate has a high-quality specification, which includes flexible open-plan living space, designer kitchens with integrated appliances, bi-fold doors and boutique bathrooms complete with full-height tiling in a selection of designs.
