Avant Homes has released a range of new design-led homes at its Wood Avens Village development in Wingate including a selection of brand new house designs.

Featuring 166 homes, the latest phase includes a collection of three- and four-bedroom properties with prices ranging from £159,995 for a three-bedroom, semi-detached home to £272,995 for a detached, four-bedroom house.

One of the development’s new, design-led house designs includes ‘The Emstone’ on Plot 126 and is priced at £174,995. Located in the west of the development, it comes complete with an impressive open-plan living space, bi-folds doors that open into the garden, utility room and three spacious bedrooms.
