Featuring 166 homes, the latest phase includes a collection of three- and four-bedroom properties with prices ranging from £159,995 for a three-bedroom, semi-detached home to £272,995 for a detached, four-bedroom house.
One of the development’s new, design-led house designs includes ‘The Emstone’ on Plot 126 and is priced at £174,995.
