Housebuilder Launches Four New Show Homes Across Scotland

Homes has announced the opening of a collection of four brand new, highly anticipated show homes at three of its developments across Scotland.

Three of the four show houses have opened their doors just south of Glasgow, with one located at Draffen Park on Kiln Drive in Stewarton and two at Jackton Green on Newlands Road in Jackton. The fourth is situated in central Scotland at the housebuilder’s Carron Feld development in Larbert.

At Draffen Park interested buyers can visit the four-bedroom ‘Palmbrook’. The detached family home has a double-fronted exterior and boasts a large ground floor, with a generous kitchen and living space, a second lounge, study, cloakroom and a separate garage. Prices at the development start at £294,995 for a three-bedroom detached home.

The three-bedroom ‘Irkstone’ and four-bedroom ‘Trewbrook’ can be viewed at Jackton Green, where current prices start from £239,995. Both homes benefit from an open-plan kitchen and dining space complete with bi-fold doors looking onto a landscaped garden. The ‘Trewbrook’ also comes complete with a second lounge area.

Ideal for a growing family, the ‘Whinwick’ at Carron Feld in Larbert boasts a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living space to the rear of the property with a separate lounge and integral garage. Upstairs, two of the five-spacious bedrooms include a generously sized en-suite. Homes at the development range in price from £279,995 to £414,995.

Each of these show homes has a high-quality specification which includes flexible open-plan living space, designer kitchens with integrated appliances, bi-fold doors and boutique bathrooms complete with full-height tiling in a selection of designs.
