First Homes Launched At Witham St Hughs Development

Leading housebuilder Avant Homes has launched the first homes at its £35m Merlin’s Point development, which will deliver 148 new build properties for Witham St Hughs, Lincolnshire.

The new development is located on the former RAF Swinderby site close to the A64. It will be the third phase of residential development in North Kesteven District Council’s proposed Sustainable Urban Extension, which plans to deliver 1,100 homes to the north of Witham St Hughs.

Work commenced on the development at the end of 2021, which will feature a collection of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes across 20 of Avant Homes’ signature housetypes. Prices of the first homes available currently range from £249,995 to £349,995.

Each property at Merlin’s Point comprises a high-quality specification, which includes flexible open-plan living space, designer kitchens with integrated appliances, bi-fold doors and boutique bathrooms complete with full-height tiling in a selection of designs.
