Off-Plan Launch Of Preston Homes This Saturday

Keith OsborneAnwyl Homes is about to unveil its third current development in and around Preston with the chance to purchase off-plan at Lawrence Gardens in Barton.
Lawrence Gardens will offer 50 private sale properties in a choice of four-bedroom designs with prices to be announced when they are released for sale from Saturday 31 October.
The housebuilder is already selling at Bluebell Meadow in Fulwood and recently launched Stonebridge Fold in Longridge. Between them, the three locations will provide almost 200 new homes including a mix of private sale and affordable housing options.
Matthew Gould, head of sales for Buckshaw Village-based Anwyl Homes Lancashire, said: “We’ve been receiving enquiries about our Barton development, Lawrence Gardens, since we submitted plans for the site. Work was delayed by the Coronavirus lockdown but due to the level of demand we’ve decided to launch off-plan rather than wait until the show homes are available to view here. We would encourage anyone looking for a new home in the area who hasn’t already done so to register their interest now.”
The sales centre at Lawrence Gardens, on Garstang Road, will be open by appointment only from 31 October. Fully furnished show homes at the development are due to open next spring, with the first homes expected to be ready for occupation soon after. The whole site is scheduled for completion in 2023.
The new Broughton bypass means access to the M6 and M55 motorways is only minutes away, while the village of Barton itself has a semi-rural feel and is only a short drive from the market town of Garstang.
