Buyer Event At Lytham Scheme This Weekend

Anyone with eyes on a new home in the Lytham area should head to Mill Green in the village of Warton this weekend, Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 February, for an event hosted by Anwyl Homes at Mill Green.

Anwyl Homes is celebrating its two new show homes at the development, situated off Lytham Road, and is keen to show homebuyers everything this location has to offer. ‘Move Simple’ is a buyer assistance scheme which, as the name suggests, is designed to simplify moving to a brand new home. Anwyl will look after finding a buyer for the customer’s home, including arranging for it to be valued, instructing an estate agent and even paying the selling fees, leaving the seller free to move to their new Anwyl home.

“Visitors during our open weekend will be able to find out all about the process and how simple it really is,” Suffell added. “They’ll also be able to talk to a financial advisor about their mortgage options and the best way to finance their new home purchase. And they can do all this while feasting their eyes on the stylish décor of our two beautiful new show homes, the three-bedroom semi-detached ‘Bretton’ and four-bedroom detached ‘Ascot’.”

Mill Green offers a choice of three- and four-bedroom homes in detached and semi-detached styles. Current prices are from £294,995 for a firm family favourite, the four-bedroom detached ‘Lymm’, with en suite and integral garage.
