Upcoming Launch Of New Rhyl Homes

Anwyl Homes is expecting high demand for the homes at its latest launch at Parc Aberkinsey in Rhyl on Thursday 4 March.

Graeme Gibb, sales director for Anwyl Homes Cheshire and North Wales, said: “Our latest phase at Parc Aberkinsey in Rhyl will provide a welcome boost of 100 additional new homes at this hugely popular location. All homes on our earlier phases are now sold out, while demand in the area for new homes remains high. Anwyl’s new phase will feature a range of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes in a mix of mews, semi-detached and detached styles. Show homes are expected to open towards the end of the year, when the first homes will also be ready for new residents to move in.

The homes at Parc Aberkinsey will initially go on sale from Anwyl’s nearby Croes Atti development, in Oakenholt, where prospective purchasers can speak to a homes advisor for more information.

The location benefits from being on the edge of an established residential community with all of the amenities of Rhyl close by, while enjoying an open aspect and views over the surrounding countryside and farmland.
