New Chester Homes To Launch This Weekend
Chester homebuyers can be first in line to have their pick of the plots when a new housing development goes on sale this weekend.
On Saturday 2 April, Anwyl Homes is launching Deva Green, situated off Clifton Drive, which will eventually feature 142 high-quality homes in a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom designs. Show homes are expected to open to later this year.
Properties will initially go on sale from Anwyl’s development in nearby Ellesmere Port, The Oaks at Rossbank, on Rossbank Road, which is open from 10.00am to 5.30pm to take reservations.
Bordered by open countryside on two sides, and located in an established residential area, the Deva Green development will feature homes from Anwyl’s popular and traditionally styled housing range. Around the new properties, which are being built on former university playing fields, Anwyl will be providing green space for residents to enjoy and habitats for wildlife, including ponds and new areas of planting.
