Show Home Event At Heywood Development

A milestone is being celebrated at a new development in Heywood, as new show homes open and the first residents move in.

Anwyl Homes is marking the occasion by inviting potential purchasers to join them at Whittle Brook Park for an exclusive event on Saturday 2 December.

From 10:00am to 4:00pm, visitors will be able to enjoy a first look inside professionally styled show homes. They’ll all be treated to Christmas canapes, hot chocolate and mulled wine, with luxury local gift bags available for adults and stockings for the children. There’s even the chance to win a voucher for the East Lancashire Railway, which operates a Polar Express service.

Anwyl area sales manager Amy Houlihan says: “The opening of the show homes at Whittle Brook Park has been eagerly anticipated. While those who reserved at the earliest opportunity have started moving in, many other potential purchasers have been waiting to see inside our homes before making a commitment. It’s our first development in Greater Manchester, with bespoke designed properties. It’s also where we’re pioneering the use of air source heat pumps in place of traditional gas boilers as part of our commitment to delivering sustainable new homes and communities. The show homes are examples of the four-bedroom detached Higham and five-bedroom detached Whitworth.
