Make A Simple Move To A New Home In Handforth

Anwyl Homes is hosting a Move Simple event at its development, The Fairways, in Handforth on Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 July…

Anwyl Homes is hosting a special “Move Simple” event at The Fairways in Handforth over the first weekend of July.

There will be a chance to view the show homes, speak with homes advisors, plus experts from House to Home will be attending to offer advice to sellers who are ready to make a move from old to new.

Graeme Gibb, sales director for Anwyl Homes Cheshire and North Wales, says: “Our Move Simple scheme is designed to do exactly what the name suggests – help make moving as easy and straight forward as possible. We understand that the size of the properties at The Fairways and the level of investment they represent means that most people considering buying here will have a house to sell and will want to achieve true market value as soon as practical.

“Working with House to Home, we’ll instruct a reliable local agent to market the customer’s current property and ensure they achieve the best possible price. If that wasn’t enough, a sales progressor will liaise with all solicitors and third parties and manage the process on the customer’s behalf, plus we’ll even contribute towards their selling fees.”

Current availability at The Fairways includes a choice of four-bedroom detached designs available from £529,995. Externally they look very traditional, while inside they’re very much designed with modern living in mind.

Anwyl’s thoughtful, forward-thinking approach embeds energy efficiency at the point of construction with features including high quality loft and wall insulation, energy efficient boilers, radiators and appliances, low energy lightbulbs and water restrictors on taps. Every house at The Fairways also comes with an electric vehicle charging point included.

According to the HBF a new build house is typically 63% cheaper to heat than its older equivalent, meaning those who move to a new Anwyl home could potentially save on their running costs, while also reducing their impact on the environment.

The Fairways is located in the small town of Handforth, in the sought-after SK9 postcode. With its village feel, the location offers a lifestyle with easy access to green spaces, independent shops, restaurants and essential amenities, while also being within easy reach of Manchester city centre by road and rail.
