Early Bird Launch Of New Homes In Llandudno This Week
Homebuyers will have a first chance to reserve a property at Anwyl’s new development in Llandudno from Friday 23 June.
The housebuilder will be releasing guide prices on a small number of new homes at Parc Bodafon, which will be available for early bird reservation. This will give interested purchasers first refusal when the homes are officially released for sale.
Graeme Gibb, sales director for Anwyl Homes Cheshire and North Wales, said; “We’re excited to bring the first new homes at Parc Bodafon to market. It’s a superb site, with some properties offering sweeping views out over the coastline and Llandudno’s beautiful natural landscape. The development will also offer a wide range of house types and styles to suit everyone from first-time buyers to families. There will be some bespoke designs for this location, with large windows and balconies to make the most of the stunning outlook.
“Our early bird scheme gives homebuyers the chance to secure a property before it’s released for general scheme, usually around eight to 12 months before it will be completed. Upon official release, those customers then have first refusal on their chosen plot and can opt to make their early bird a full reservation.”
Located in a well-established residential area, off Nant-y-Gamar Road, and close to great local amenities, Anwyl’s new venture will feature 49 homes across four acres. The new homes at Parc Bodafon will benefit from being within easy reach of Llandudno town centre and its retail, entertainment and leisure facilities.
Alongside a range of private sale homes from one to five-bedrooms, Anwyl will also create 17 affordable homes. Many of the homes will enjoy views out towards the sea and Little Orme. Construction work began in May and the first homes will be ready to move into in early 2024. Find out more at www.anwylhomes.co.uk.
