Limited Availability At Allington Development
Developer Annington has reported strong demand at its popular The Bluebells development in the Wiltshire village of Allington, so that there are now just four homes remaining for sale there.
Chris Husson-Martin, associate director at estate agent Hamptons, commented: “Families seeking larger detached homes on the rural outskirts of Salisbury have formed our busiest demographic for over a year-and-a-half, and that demand has continued right throughout the winter months.
