Housebuilder Receives Gold Award For Customer Satisfaction
Allison Homes has been awarded a prestigious In-house Gold Award for 94% customer satisfaction. Run by specialist market research company In-house Research, the awards are wholly independent and based purely on customer satisfaction. Every customer is given the chance to complete the survey, giving them a fair and equal opportunity to provide feedback on their experience of buying a new Allison home.
In-house Research has been measuring customer satisfaction in the new build industry since 1998, specialising in capturing the voice of the customer. Over the last 20 years, they have grown to become the biggest independent research company in the field.
The Gold Award is given to companies that achieved a customer recommendation score of 90% or above, based on feedback from customers who completed the survey in 2021. Overall, 94% of customers surveyed said that they would recommend Allison Homes based on their experience.
John Anderson, group chief executive of Allison Homes, said: “We are thrilled to have been awarded this Gold Award by In-house Research, in recognition of our commitment to customer satisfaction.
“Our primary goal has always been to make our customers happy at every step of the home buying journey, from making sure the purchasing process is seamless to ensuring the homes our customers settle down in are of the highest quality. It is brilliant to see those efforts have paid off”.
