Key Workers Scheme Launching At Lincolnshire Developments

Allison Homes is launching a key workers scheme at its three Lincolnshire developments, helping those who work in the public sector to get a step onto or move up the property ladder.   

The key workers scheme is available to members of the Blue Light Card or Defence Discount Service, including those in the NHS, Police, Fire Service, Social Care and Armed Forces, and offers a £500 contribution for every £25,000 spent on a new Allison home, up to a maximum purchase price of £600,000. The contribution is provided by way of deduction from funds due on completion, and it is available when purchasing selected homes from Allison Homes before 31 December 2025.  As an added extra, homebuyers will also receive free flooring throughout.   

In Lincolnshire, those eligible for the scheme can enquire about Allison Homes’ three developments in the county – Frampton Gate in Frampton, The Orchards in Corby Glen and Tudor Reach in Kirton in Lindsey.  

Frampton Gate is perfectly located just under four miles away from Boston West Hospital, five miles from Pilgrim Hospital and just over 16 miles from RAF Coningsby.  

The Orchards is situated just over 11 miles away from both Grantham and District Hospital and Stamford and Rutland Hospital, 19 miles from RAF College Cranwell and only nine miles from Prince William of Gloucester Barracks.  

Tudor Reach is within 11 miles of Scunthorpe General Hospital and John Coupland Hospital, 14 miles of RAF Scampton and nine miles of Budd VC Barracks.
