Mayor Opens New Housing Development in Laceby

Situated off Blyth Way, the development, called Bishops Grange, consists of a range of impressive two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes.

Councillor Hasthorpe says: “It was a pleasure to be asked to open the Bishops Grange development in Laceby, by Allison Homes. As a recognised 'Laceby Lad', it was all the more poignant, as I remember roaming the countryside around this area whilst growing up in Laceby from 1961 onwards. 

“The Mayoress and I were grateful for the welcome afforded to us by a very knowledgeable staff of builders, sales people, interior designers and directors. This development is already breaking sales targets, despite the restrictions of the pandemic, with all the sales being conducted off-plan.

“Now that the show home is open, prospective buyers will see traditional building skills at the forefront. We wish both Allison Homes and incoming residents well for their futures.”
