First-Time Buyer Events In Lincolnshire And Rutland

Tudor Reach is comprised of one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes. The development is located in the heart of the Lincolnshire countryside and is surrounded by the natural beauty of Lincoln Cliff and the town’s unique atmosphere and rich history.

One of the homes that buyers can enquire about is ‘The Benington’, a three-bedroom terraced home benefitting from a large kitchen, made even more spacious by the separate utility room. A sizable living/dining area can be utilised however you wish to suit your lifestyle and requirements. Bedroom one benefits from both an en suite and a fitted wardrobe, while bedrooms two and three are good sizes and share use of the separate family bathroom. Both these properties are examples of homes that first-time buyers can purchase through the government-backed Help to Buy scheme. This requires only a 5% deposit is required. The remaining amount is made up from a 75% mortgage and a 20% equity loan, which is interest free for the first five years.
