A Busy Property Market In South East London

From affordable starter homes to luxury residences, there's news about new build properties across south-east London...

Anyone looking for a brand new home in south-east London, across all budgets, should keep up-to-date with the area’s latest property news for launches and special offers.

The newest launch at Berkeley’s major Kidbrooke Village development is Waterlily Court. Positioned between the 136 acres of parkland and The Village Centre, home to a wealth of retail and leisure facilities including supermarkets, restaurants and community spaces, there is a new range of one-, two-, three-bedroom apartments, and a limited number of three-bedroom townhouses, available. Properties have generously sized balconies or full-height windows and there’s a choice of two colour schemes – nature and urban. The nature palette is characterised by warm wood tones, while the urban palette is cooler and emphasised by matt black details contrasted with alpine white kitchens.

Waterlily Court also boasts an exclusive podium garden and residents also have access to a private-use gym alongside a 24-hour concierge, all included within the service charge. It is ideally located only moments away from the forthcoming Kidbrooke train station, allowing residents easy routes into the city.

There’s a new opportunity for a luxury home in fashionable Bermondsey as London Square has just released a show apartment for sale for £1.1million, with all the furniture included and set to complete by the end of March. Bellway London is officially launching Phase 2 at The River Gardens on Saturday 13 February, bringing a further 84 homes to the development situated by the Thames in Greenwich. An appointment can be made to visit, facilitated with social distancing measures in place.
