Posted 22 August 2023 by Keith Osborne

Acorn Property Group has a special deal on the four- and five-bedroom homes at Cottrell Gardens in Bonvilston...

Acorn Property Group has a limited-time offer worth thousands of pounds to buyers of the new homes at its exclusive Cottrell Gardens development in Bonvilston.

Located in the sought-after village just a few miles west of Cardiff, there are currently a number of energy-efficient, EPC B-rated four- and five-bedroom detached homes available, priced between £685,000 and £750,000, and those reserving by 31 August 2023 may qualify for a £10,000 contribution from the housebuilder.

Cottrell Gardens is being built in two phases, providing a range of three-, four- and five-bedroom properties set in lots of green space and with a children’s play area. The development overlooks Cottrell Park Golf Club and there are shops and amenities just a ten-minute drive away in the market town of Cowbridge and at Culverhouse Cross. The vibrant heart of Cardiff city centre, with its multitude of shops, amenities and leisure options, is only ten miles away.

The final four-bedroom home on Phase 1 is on Plot 7, priced at £685,000. Coming in through the front door, there’s a study off the hallway to the right – a must for many people working from home these days – and a cloakroom. On the other side, feature double doors open into the lounge, which has an attractive bay window. The heart of the home is at the rear, with a dual-aspect open-plan kitchen/fining/family room across the full width of the building and with bifold doors to the garden. Off this room, and completing the downstairs layout, is a utility room. Upstairs, all four bedrooms are comfortable doubles, with bedroom one having the bonus of en suite and Juliet balcony. The others share the family bathroom. This house comes with a double garage and private driveway. Find out more.

For £750,000, the five-bedroom house on Plot 1 is currently top-of-the-range here. On the ground floor, at the front are the bay-windowed lounge and a dedicated dining room. The spacious open-plan kitchen/dining/family room has bifold doors to the rear garden. The floorplan is completed by a cloakroom, a utility room and some handy built-in storage. On the first floor are four spacious double bedrooms (one with en suite), a fifth bedroom-cum-study and a family bathroom. Outside are a detached double garage and four parking spaces.
