Acorn Property Group has nearly sold out at Hope House, its landmark development in central Bath.

Right now there are only six properties unsold there, and they are suitable for a range of needs and budgets, with two-, three- and four-bedroom homes priced from £795,000 to £1.75million.

Located off Lansdown Road, the Hope House development is set within six acres of parkland and comprises 58 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom new homes in central Bath. It mixes the conversion of a majestic Grade II-listed building with a collection of sympathetically designed, Georgian-inspired new build homes.

With its abundance of Bath Stone and extensive open space combine to give a sense of living in the grounds of a stately home. The designs of these elevated homes also deliver panoramic views of Bath city and the Avon Valley. Complete with a tennis court for residents to enjoy as well as undercroft parking, impressive lift pavilion and a concierge service, it has acquired its status as one of the most exciting developments to come to the city in recent times.

Among the remaining homes, Plot C11 and Plot C16 are both two-bedroom apartments with views towards the city, priced at £795,000 and £825,000 respectively. They have large, hardwood sash windows, a fully fitted Leicht kitchen with integrated Miele appliances, an en suite to bedroom one, engineered wood flooring and carpet throughout. Each comes with one allocated parking space.

Plot C10 is the final three-bedroom home and is priced at £925,000. Situated on the first floor, this dual-aspect home also has views across the city skyline and the same specification as the two-bedroom homes. All three bedrooms are doubles, with an en suite to the principal one, and off the kitchen is a utility room and a south-facing Juliet balcony. This home comes with two parking spaces.

The final four-bedroom home is Plot F3, which exudes an atmosphere of grandeur as it occupies an entire floor of the original Grade II listed building, providing views from three sides. Two bedrooms benefit from an en suite, with the master also having a walk-in dressing room leading to the ‘his-and-hers’ en suite with feature standalone bath.

The apartment has a formal dining room and hallway leading to the principal kitchen/living room with another dining area, and a study off the main room. It’s a fully fitted, hand-finished kitchen by Stephen Graver with integrated Miele appliances, and it comes with a substantial breakfast bar. There’s also extra storage and worktop in a utility room. This exceptional property is priced at £1.75million.
