The 'Harrogate' is one of two just-launched show houses now open to visitors at Redrow's Foxbridge Manor...

Redrow East Midlands has launched two new show homes and a new customer experience suite at its latest development in Castle Donington.

The housebuilder has opened the three and four-bedroom show homes at Foxbridge Manor on Pirelli Close, which features homes from £240,950.

The ‘Harrogate’ show home has been expertly designed to show local people just what life could be like at this popular development. The home is part of Redrow’s Heritage Collection, which has proven popular with homebuyers looking for traditional, 1930s charm, combined with an interior which exudes contemporary style.

The kitchen

Foxbridge ManorFoxbridge ManorThe four-bedroom ‘Harrogate’ is airy and spacious, with an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area which allows light to flow through the property. A lead grey feature wall is complemented by accents of black in the furniture throughout. The oak table top brings strength to the room, solidifying the dining room as the heart of the home. Abstract wall art and plenty of greenery adds a feminine touch, and creates a real sense of homeliness.

The lounge

Foxbridge ManorThe lounge is a continuation of the industrial, yet glamourous interior style, with two stone sofas and a separate arm chair. Full-length curtains dress the window, a focal point of the room, and the accents of gold throughout the room add to the extravagance of this relaxing haven away from the hustle and bustle of family life.

The master bedroom

Foxbridge ManorUpstairs, the master bedroom, complete with an en suite, is dressed in neutrals – a extension of the elegance downstairs, with soft furnishings to add a touch of luxury. The padded, grey suede headboard is the focus of the room, and offers the feeling of a stay in a boutique hotel. Finishing the room with a sense of opulence is the dressing table with illuminating mirror and neutral drum stool.

Bedrooms two, three and four

The third has both style and femininity at its heart, with a pink velvet headboard and dalmatian spot theme, while the final bedroom has been transformed into the increasingly essential home-office.

Foxbridge Manor is perfectly placed within commuting distance of the Derby, Nottingham and Leicester. From the medieval market to the modern schools, and superb road links, plus nearby rail that will speed you to the capital in under an hour-and-a-half, this development offers all the benefits of well-connected, country living.
