Thames City is London’s newest address. Located in the heart of Nine Elms with excellent connections to the city via the new Northern Line extension, the destination comprises a total of 12 buildings, offering more than 1,400 high-end homes, private luxury amenities, retail and dining experiences all connected via lush parks, intimate green courtyards and city squares.

The collection of 298 premium, one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom apartments all have floor to ceiling windows which maximise the natural light and offer far reaching views.

The Thames City Lobby

The Thames City Lobby is unique for its bead-strung lighting installation, concentric geometric shapes, clean and contemporary colour palettes that create a natural movement throughout this expansive lobby. Imposing balustrades halo around the desk whilst constructed textures and materials of layered limestone, wooden accents and contrasting herringbone flooring that enhance depth and richness of the interior. It is complemented by a signature waterfall installation which acts as a backdrop to the concierge desk taking centre stage in the foyer. Here, residents will be greeted by a dedicated concierge team of hospitality and lifestyle experts available on hand to offer and exceed expectations of a five-star hotel.

Living area

Residents walk into the open plan kitchen, living and dining area which fuses modernity and luxury with elegant efficiency. A soft, neutral palette is honed by deep wooden features, velvet throws and plush pillows. The culmination of features evokes a warm, earthy atmosphere and a feeling of calm and comfort for our residents. By way of creating ambience, the ceilings are designed with flushed coved lighting for a soft, diffused glow. Natural light floods the home during the day through the full height windows and sliding doors leading onto the Juliet balcony.

The attention to detail is important in making a harmonious space with brass fixings in the living room and through to the kitchens. The open planned kitchen and dining space is connected through engineered timbered floors – all heated and controlled, providing comfort cooling to all habitable rooms.
