Keith OsborneMiller Homes has opened the doors to its four-bedroom ‘Shenstone’ show home at the new Bracklesham Grove development in Bracklesham and is offering readers the chance to look round the new space.
The area offers picturesque villages and coastal walks, and the new neighbourhood under construction will feature a selection of two- to four-bedroom properties.
The luxury new show home has been brought to life by Lydia Graham, client service manager at Artspace Interior Design. Here, Lydia takes us on a tour of the new property, discussing the style inspiration and the reasoning behind its ready-made fitness and wellbeing room.
Kitchen-diner
The modern kitchen is light and bright, pairing brilliant white with mustard walls. Earthy tones, with warm wood furnishings and on-trend rattan features add texture and depth, while greenery helps to make the room feel fresh.
Hanging chopping boards and pots of herbs on the walls provides a playful and stylish art installation, while offering a practical and space-saving solution for organising your kitchen.
Accents of black, seen in the stripped, geometric curtains and dining chairs, offer a chic and sophisticated touch. Natural material and textures combined with hints of colour, creates this refined and welcoming space, perfect for both relaxed family gatherings and more formal entertaining.
Downstairs WC
Located only a short walk from the seafront and much-loved Bracklesham Bay, this show home has subtle, but effective nods to its nautical setting throughout.
The bright and bold sea-themed wallpaper in orange, blush pink and cool green tones certainly brightens up the space and creates a stylish talking-point.
Principal bedroom
Textured fabrics and warm rich shades of red, pink and mustard add a luxurious feel to this principal bedroom. Scatter cushions, soft throws and the glass bedside table lights enhance the relaxing and tranquil ambience of the room.
A touch of sparkle is added with the decorative ceiling light fixture, and the framed headboard creates a glamorous and sophisticated finish.
Bedroom two
This relaxed guest room was inspired by long summer days, with rich burnt orange tones softened by a fresh and soothing chalky-green colour.
Painting a half height band around the room is a great way of adding colour to all walls without it feeling too heavy and oppressive, and creates interest without the need for wallpaper.
Calm and tranquil, the soft textures and geometric patterns in the headboard and bedding are mirrored in the swirling lines of the hand painted artwork hanging above the bed. Floor to ceiling curtains and warm throws add to this room’s serene atmosphere.
Bedroom three
A unique and colourful room, this abstract rainforest embraces individuality. Fresh mint green partnered with white perfectly complements the tall blue, green and orange toned rubber plants growing up the wallpaper.
The pink rattan headboard and rattan animal head decoration introduce natural textures, while the soft furnishings bring endless pops of colour.
Bedroom four
Multi-functional spaces have never been more popular, so we’ve created an at-home workout and wellbeing space. With space for an exercise bike, large mirrors, yoga mat and a large chair to cool down and chill out in.
The quirky yoga themed wallpaper brings the room together, and add heaps of personality to this at-home sanctuary.
