Show Home Room By Room: Mitton Grange, Whalley

Prospect Homes has unveiled two show homes from its newly enhanced collection of homes at Mitton Grange in Whalley.

Honouring customer feedback that revealed buyers wanted homes with open-plan living space and extra rooms such as studies or play rooms, the homes at Mitton Grange will now be the blueprint for all future Prospect Homes developments.

Four house styles, The Pattersley, The Mawdsley, The Keighley and The Edmonton all include a designated space for a home office. The larger of the two show homes, The Pattersley is a four-bedroom detached property with an integral garage.

Upon entering the Pattersley, you are greeted with a spacious hallway, to the left is the bay-fronted lounge, and there is also a W/C.

Open-plan kitchen and dining room

At the end of the hallway is the open-plan kitchen and dining room. Leading off this is the utility room with space for a washer and dryer, plus a home office. This room could double up as a second seating room or kids’ playroom.

Lounge

The Pattersley has a spacious, bay-fronted lounge and features a statement wallpaper feature wall, a neutral colour scheme and plenty of natural light.

Bedroom

Upstairs the main bedroom includes a dressing area and an en-suite shower room. The three other bedrooms are all doubles, and there is a family bathroom.

The show homes and sales office are open at Mitton Grange seven days a week from 10am-5pm.
