Newland Homes’ Heron Rise development is a collection of climate-considerate two-, three- and four-bedroom homes.

Roomservice Design worked with Newland Homes to design the new show home at Heron Rise: "We were delighted to work with Newland Homes on the Heron Rise development in Westbury, Wiltshire. This house was designed for young and creative families, combining the sleekness of industrial style with eclectic charm. The space fuses a perfect blend of playfulness and sophistication.

Our team of talented interior designers have meticulously crafted this space to ooze character and charm. The bold use of vivid colours, rich textiles, and statement wallpapers echoes throughout the home, adding depth and dimension to every room.

The lounge 

Feel instantly inspired with the intricate mural which acts as a focal point to the room, giving a nod to the site name. Its colours have cleverly been echoed through the room to create a unified and seamless space. Rich blue velvet sofas add a luxurious feel.  The jungle oasis continues with the plants, which carefully defines its space and brings nature in from the garden. Floor to ceiling curtains frame the room in luxury yet ooze a sense of calm in dusty pink. 

Children's bedroom 

Bold and warm colours take centre stage in this room, igniting inspiration and imagination in the most vibrant way possible. The natural world is seamlessly integrated into the design, with the use of organic materials throughout the space. From the bed frame to the light shade and shelf, every element is chosen to bring a touch of nature indoors.

This is a space designed to grow with its inhabitants, nurturing them with its warm and gentle textures, while adapting easily to become a mature and productive space with the colour scheme and layout.

Guest bedroom/study

A multifunctional room shown as a full-time study, and occasional guest bedroom. A sophisticated, modern, and charming space for productivity and unwinding. Industrial metals are repeated to create a unified form. Shaped with a bold blue wall, and textured with an intricate rug, this is the perfect place to be inspired and focused. 

Principal bedroom

This is a great sized principal bedroom.  A neutral palette has cleverly transformed this room into a calming and gentle retreat. Luxury is added with the layering of textures to create a tranquil focus point. A perfect space to unwind in a sea of calming blues and greys.
