Two-bedroom bungalows at Parc Ceirw Garden Village are currently available from £184,995, with a three-bedroom ‘Budleigh’, like the show home, available from £294,995.
The wider development of circa 300 homes and community facilities across 35 acres will take a round five years to complete. It will include a new community park featuring a play area, kick about area, woodland and nature trail.
