The interior design team at Blocc Interiors said: “Our customer wants us to design a show home to be designer for a professional couple in the early-mid 40s with two children, a boy aged 8 and a girl aged 14. However, they also said they do not want to alienate downsizer retiring.

“With the design of the show home we wanted to embrace a classy modern country look, but have luxurious elements flowing throughout the property. It needed to be aspirational, welcoming, decedent, rich and homely. We’ve utilised luxurious wallpaper and fabrics, from wools, cotton and linens to silks and velvets. We’ve also combined woods, rattan, distressed woods, metals and glass.

“A tasteful colour palette of tonal greys, warm taupe, rich beiges combined with navy blues, fuchsia pink and mustard yellow flow through the property.”

Hallway

As you enter the property the dark petrol blue feature paint walls, gold light fitting & statement artwork help create a stunning first impression.

Lounge

This room combined different finishes to give an overall feeling of luxury. It features the large decadent gold chandeliers, to wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling, beautiful decorative wooden sideboard, large navy sofas and the pair of eclectic occasional chairs.
