The four-bedroom duplex show home at Colindale Gardens has been designed by leading interior design business, Signature Interiors, to appeal to young families, professionals, couples looking to start a family and downsizers alike. Together with Signature Interiors, Redrow has aimed to create a peaceful and contemporary retreat, offering relief from the bustling town outside the front door, while reflecting the reflecting the vibrant nature of the community at Colindale Gardens through the colour pallet.
Kitchen/dining area and living room – The neutral tones of the kitchen and integrated appliances create a clean and modern space that is bright and welcoming. Soft furnishings have been included to ensure that potential buyers feel at home, whilst the design remains minimal and practical for busy homeowners looking for an easy space to maintain.
A feature wall has been created in the living area using a textured marble and tile effect. This help to create a unique space which enables the light to bounce from the walls and flood the room. Storage space with rounded edges has been included in the design, with the practicalities of family life taken into consideration. An opulent blue sofa separates the dining and living spaces, adding a luxurious touch to the contemporary space. This has been designed using the same colour palette as the kitchen and is complete with grey floor tiling, ensuring a consistent design throughout the home.
Bedroom one – The master bedroom retains the contemporary grey and silver tones used throughout the home. The space was created to be inviting and relaxing with a luxurious long curtain and bedding, complete with a built-in wardrobe. This room leads to an adjoining en suite, which uses matching grey tones. The master bedroom also boasts access to a private balcony area.
Bedroom two – This room offers a wealth of subtle patterns and textures, which reflect the vibrant and diverse community at Colindale Gardens. The room benefits from large windows and a door to the terrace space, which creates a light and airy space.
Bedroom three – This room has been playfully designed as children’s room, with plenty of integrated storage solutions and floor space for games and activities. The room is finished with fun soft furnishings appropriate for children of all ages in order to appeal to a wide range of young home movers.
