Find the home you want

Provide some basic personal information

The management company at the development will be able to advise on filling in all the forms but you’ll need to have some essential information ready for them. Things like contact details, how long are planning to stay, will you need parking, do you have a pet.

Pay a holding deposit

With the forms filled in, you can secure the property by paying a holding deposit while the next steps are carried out.
