Buyers Invited To Newly Un-‘Valed’ Denbigh Show Homes

Posted 23 February 2021 by Keith Osborne

Castle Green Homes has opened a pair of professionally decorated and fitted show houses at Cae Felin...

Two brand new show homes are now open at Castle Green’s Cae Felin in Denbigh, a development offering views of the Vale of Clwyd.

The four-bedroom detached ‘Canterbury’ and three-bedroom detached ‘Stratford’ are open by appointment only and allow visitors to imagine what life could be like living at the development as well as offering a slice of 2021 interiors inspiration too.

Caryl Russell, sales and marketing director at Castle Green Homes, said: “The ‘Canterbury’ and ‘Stratford’ are two of our most popular house styles and so we’re really excited to welcome visitors inside. Visitors can familiarise themselves with the property layouts, specification choices and upgrade options, while the interior styling helps people to really imagine themselves living here.”

Castle Green worked with a specialist interior design company to bring the show homes to life. Lifestyle Interiors managing director Gemma Schofield explained: “Our aim for the show homes at Cae Felin was to create stunning family homes that are extremely aspirational for the market and stand above any competition within the surrounding areas.

“In the ‘Canterbury’ we’ve used a colour scheme of deep botanical greens and soft taupes. Bespoke joinery was incorporated into the main lounge to create a real show-stopping media unit that is the centre piece of the room. In the children’s bedrooms we took inspiration from the local area and worked hard to make them relevant. For example, we created a hand-painted mural of the original Denbigh Castle in the girl’s bedroom and designed a sports/rugby themed bedroom for a boy, featuring photos of Denbigh Rugby Club and a playing shirt from the U13s Denbigh team.”

The ‘Stratford’’s interior makes a bold statement and was inspired by the 2021 trend of burnt copper. Off-white neutral bases provide a subtle backdrop for the colours in this scheme to stand out, while subtle styling with accents of black bring further depth and give it a boutique hotel feel.

There will be 64 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes at Cae Felin, ideally located just a few minutes’ drive east of Denbigh town centre. There are a number of pubs, restaurants and cafes locally, as well as independent shops and grocery outlets. For larger shops, there are Aldi, Lidl and Morrisons stores in the town.

The A55 is close by too, connecting Cae Felin to the rest of North Wales and the North West, making it ideal for commuters.

A home similar to the ‘Stratford’ show home is priced at £234,995 and the ‘Canterbury’ from £294,995. Other homes available at Cae Felin start from £157,995 for a two-bedroom mews-style ‘Oakley’, to £349,995 for a four-bedroom detached ‘Sandringham’.

The show homes are open Thursday to Monday, usually from 10.00am to 5.00pm.
