Sallianne Taylor-Bird and Carl Taylor have found their dream home at Taylor Wimpey’s North Seaton Park development after relocating from Lincoln to North Seaton in Northumberland.
The couple, who were living in an apartment in a Grade II listed building, have recently moved into their brand new three-storey ‘Colton’ style home and are enjoying the change in lifestyle.
“We were so excited to move into a three-storey home,” said Sallianne. “Three-storey living has always appealed to us and we absolutely love our new home. The top floor is my favourite area of the house because it’s like having your own suite. The layout is amazing and we are really happy.”
The couple are also enjoying the other perks of a new build property. Sallianne said: “We are really excited to be in a new-build house.Having come from an older building, we knew we wanted a low-maintenance home and one that is as energy efficient as possible.”
Not only are Sallianne and Carl settling into their new home, but they are also enjoying being a part of the new community at North Seaton Park. “We have already met our neighbours and everyone has been really welcoming and friendly,” she said. “We are really enjoying life on the development. The site itself is fantastically run and is in a wonderful location; close to the coast, the village of Morpeth and travel links.”
The couple were also impressed with the customer service they received from Taylor Wimpey. Sallianne adds: “Myself and Carl cannot say enough good things about Taylor Wimpey, they have been fantastic. We spoke with sales executive Charlie initially, and her colleague Lisa handled everything and reassured us from start to finish. The whole team has been amazing.”
