With construction now well underway, Taylor Wimpey West Scotland has confirmed the first new homes at its much-anticipated Monument Way development off Auchinleck Road in Robroyston have launched for sale.

Monument Way offers 119 three- and four-bedroom new homes as part of the wider Robroyston and Millerston Community Growth Area, which will create around 1,600 new homes in total. Prices currently range from £275,000 for the ‘Blair’ three-bedroom, semi-detached home up to £407,000 for the ‘Maxwell’ four-bedroom detached home.

Enjoying a well-connected location within the northern phase of the Community Growth Area means that new homeowners at Monument Way will benefit from great access to local amenities. This includes a choice of local schools, helpful transport links including the M80 nearby, as well as easy access into Glasgow city centre via Robroyston train station and various bus routes, plus Wallace Well Retail Park with its range of shops is just a few minutes away.

Audrey Ross, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey West Scotland, commented: “Starting construction and launching new homes for sale in Robroyston is a significant step for our staff, customers and the local community. Following several months of preparatory work, we are excited to have launched an impressive range of homes for sale for buyers to choose from.

“With virtual tours, development plans and layouts for each of our house types, we have everything we need at our fingertips to help buyers make the move to a new home. Interest has been incredibly high since we started our construction and enabling works for Monument Way.”
