St Arthur Homes has announced that the second phase of its Shared Ownership homes at Lancaster Park, West Malling will be launching this summer.

Comprising a selection of 12 two- and three-bedroom houses, each home at Lancaster Park has been completed in partnership with Crest Nicholson.
