Smart Home Upgrades For Selected Plots In Bishop’s Cleeve
Posted 12 October 2023 by
Keith OsborneSpitfire Homes is offering a number of plots at its popular Fairmont development in Bishop’s Cleeve, Gloucestershire which have been upgraded and fitted with Wondrwall technology for a number of proptech functions.
The installation of Wondrwall has a range of benefits.
- An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of A
- Photovoltaic solar panels paired with battery storage
- Smart light switches throughout the home with Alexa integration and motion detection
- Artificial intelligence-powered energy buying, enabling you to purchase electricity from the grid at the most cost-effective time of day to suit your energy demands
- Opportunity to sell surplus electricity back to the grid (when paired with a suitable energy tariff).
When combined with the appropriate energy tariff, Wondrwall predicts an annual energy bill reduction of at least £1,500 for homeowners.
The Smart Homes Collection at Fairmont comprises three plots, numbers 62, 63 and 64, all of them in a contemporary design inspired by traditional Cotswold stone architecture.
The ‘Hartwell’ at Fairmont
Plot 62 is the ‘Hartwell’, priced at £550,000. This detached home has a spacious, open-plan kitchen/dining/family room which leads via French doors to the garden, and a separate living room at the front. A utility room, built-in storage and cloakroom complete the downstairs layout. Upstairs, three of its four bedrooms are comfortable doubles (en suite to bedroom one), the other equally suitable as office, nursery or hobby room. Outside are the single garage and driveway.
Plot 63 is the ‘Ellingham’, but it has already been reserved. However, if the Wondrwall system is not essential for you, there’s an example of this house type on Plot 72. Priced at £500,000, it has an integral single garage and two-vehicle parking at the front. There’s a living room, and an open-plan kitchen/dining room, off which is a utility room and WC. The primary bedroom upstairs has en suite shower room, while the other three can comfortably accommodate a double bed, and share the family bathroom.
Plot 64 is the ‘Somerford’, one of the largest home types at this development, priced at £675,000. Its integral double garage demonstrates the space this house offers. A kitchen/dining/family room stretches the full width of the home and accesses the rear garden via French doors. There’s a utility room too. Off the hallway are another reception room, a WC and some useful built-in storage cupboards. Four of the five bedrooms are doubles, and two of them come with en suite. A family bathroom completes the layout.
Prices here start at £290,000 and the marketing suite is open from 10.00am to 5.00pm seven days a week. Find out more about Fairmont from Spitfire Homes.
